EDIBLE FLOWERS

Agastache 'Apricot Sprite' - Beautiful orange edible flowers atop long spikes. Also a great bee and hummingbird flower. Perennial grows to 2 ft.
Agastache 'Giant Yellow' - Wispy tall herb plant with edible sweet yellow flowers. A great addition to the herb bed. Grows 5-6 ft. Perennial.
Amaranth "Love Lies Bleeding" - With beautiful trailing red seed head this plant grows to about 3 ft tall. Mild flavored leaves are rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and amino acids. The grain has a very high protein content. Seed can be cooked for cereal or ground into flour.
Please specify Green Leaf or Red Leaf.
Anise Hyssop - Dried leaves used for seasoning and teas. Minty, rootbeer-like flavor. Bees love it. Clusters of tiny violet flowers are sweet and edible. Sprinkle over fruit desserts and salads. Perennial. 3-5 ft.
Bachelor Buttons -
Also known as cornflower. These medium sized carnation-like flowers come in a mix of blue, purple, fuschia, pink, red & white. Height to 2 1/2 ft. Annual.
Bergamot
- Also known as "bee balm" because bees love it! When the bees aren't in it, the red-pink flower is a sweet edible. Large flowers borne on tall stalks to 4 ft.
Borage
- An old-time favorite in the vegetable garden, borage is an excellent companion to tomatoes. Big blue-green fuzzy leaves and small edible flowers which fade from blue to pink.
Calendula 'Flashback'
organic seed - A new variety of and old-fashioned garden favorite. This yellow pot marigold has petals which are orange-yellow on the front and maroon-red on the back. A great edible flower and traditional medicinal.
Dianthus 'China Pink' - small showy annual with dark green foliage and bright single edible flowers of fuschia, pink or white. This variety has no scent. A miniature relative of the carnation.
Dianthus 'Clove Pink' - Great groudcover and hardy annual with small pink edible flowers.
Dianthus 'Double Gaiety' - Mixed red, pink, white and variegated double carnation flowers which are both beautiful and edible.
Hibiscus 'Giant Red' - SW US native is an old-fashioned ornamental tender perennial. In its second year 6-8 ft tall plants bear bright scarlet blossoms like large hollyhocks. Needs a sunny and well protected area. Petals are dried and used for flavoring in teas.
Hibiscus 'Palmate-Leaved' - An east India native this tender perennial needs lots of sun and well-drained soil. 5 ft tall plants bear pale yellow blossoms which can be harvested and dried for teas.
Marigold 'Signet Starfire' - Single old-fashioned marigolds are a great vegetable garden addition. Anti-aphid properties, sweet colorful faces, pleasant lemon verbena scent and they're edible. Mixed colors - yellow, gold and cinnamon.
Marigold 'Tangerine Gem' - Uniform, small marigold plants with single tangerine-colored blossoms. Cute orange blooms are great in salads.
Copper Sunset Nasturtium - Luxuriant semi-double blossoms in the coppery flame red of a summer sunset. Mounding plants attract hummingbirds. People also love these edible ornamentals.
Nasturtium 'Tom Thumb' - Dwarf single nasturtiums on small-sized plants are a great option for container gardens. Half-ripe seeds are used in mustard pickles or to make a "caper" alternative.

Nigella 'Love in a Mist' - Spiky blue flower on airy foliage is very attractive in the garden. Dried seed pods are great in flower arrangements.
Salsify Mammoth Sandwich Island - Winter shoots are a tasty addition to salads. Roots taste like fried oysters when sliced and fried. Edible Flowers. Perennial when mulched.

SUNFLOWERS

Autumn Beauty Sunflower Mix - A beautiful mix of warm colors on multi-branching plants. Some bicolored petals, all singles. Great sunflowers for cutting. 4-6 ft.
Bright Bandolier Sunflower Mix -
Sunny yellow and warm mahogany. Medium-sized single flowers, one per stalk, 5-7 ft tall. Heat & drought-tolerant.
Evening Sun Sunflower - Maroon flowers with exceptionally dark center. Multi-branching plant grows to 6 ft.
Infrared Sunflower
- Pollen-free dark red hybrid. 6 ft.
Italian White - White cream petals surround dark center. A smaller sunflower at 4 ft tall.

Mammoth Grey Stripe Sunflower
- Fast-growing, traditional big yellow sunflower. Great for kids. Grows to 8-10 ft.
Mexican Sunflower - Not a true sunflower but a smaller bright orange zinnia-type flower. A beautiful addition to the garden and looks great mixed into your sunflower border.
Miriam Edible Sunflower - Golden yellow single petalled sunflower with massive 9-14 inch heads. Grows to 6 ft.
Starburst Lemon Aura Sunflower - Small multi-branching sunflower with lemony-yellow flowers. Grows to 4 ft.
Sun Samba Sunflower Mix
- Big blooms on multi-stemmed plants in lots of varieties including singles and doubles, yellow, gold, red, burgundy, orange and cinnamon.
Sundak Sunflower
- Standard, single, medium-sized head with yellow petals. Grows to 5-6 ft. tall.
