SHELLING PEAS
Alderman Shelling Pea - This huge pea grows 6-8 ft up a trellis.
They bear huge pods filled with 6-8 huge peas that are easy to shell.
They have an excellent flavor and contunue to produce well into summer.
Blauschokker Shelling Pea organic
seed - Purple podded shelling pea. Beautiful flowers
and foliage, tasty sweet peas.
French Citadel Petit Pois - The tiny peas preferred by gourmet
cooks. Each 1 1/2 ft vine produces loads of pods, each with 6 or 8
perfect tender little peas.
Gloire de Quimper Petit Pois - Tender sweet small peas
on 1 1/2 ft vines. This heirloom pea comes from Brittany.
Kelvedon Wonder Dwarf Pea- Very popular dwarf pea grows
only to 1 1/2 ft high but is incredibly productive. 3 inch pods bear
very sweet, deep green peas and lots per pod.
Miragreen Shelling Pea organic

Waverex Petit Pois - Semi-bush petit-pois is highly

SNAP PEAS
Sugar Snap - organic seed
- Standard reliable edible pod peas produce many tasty succulent
pods in cool and warm weather. Plump thick-walled fruit. Tall Vines
to 6 ft.
Sugar Star - Stringless edible pod pea is plump and juicy.
Vine grows only 24-30 inches.
SNOW PEAS
Chinese Snow Pea - organic seed
- Flat, sweet, delicious pea pods stay tender
even when large. Tall vines to 5 ft.
Oregon Giant Snow Pea - organic seed
- Short vine with nice big snow pea pods. Extremely tender and
moist. This pea is one that can produce well in summer and has much
disease resistance.
Purple Pod Capajuner - Climbing, tall (7') pea plant produces
dark purple snow pods after profusion of mauve and purple flowers.
Can also be used as a shelling pea when peas develop.
Sandy Snow Pea - organic
seed - Produces an edible snow pea, but it grown for
prolific pea tendrils. Harvest pods at 4 inches for best flavor.
3-4' tall plant.
